I’m originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and graduated from Northview High School in 2005. It was there that I discovered my love for photography. But before I could dive into my creative passion, I found myself on the softball field. I spent the next four years playing at East Tennessee State University, and while sports were the focus during that time, photography never strayed too far from my heart. After graduating in 2009, I made my way to Knoxville, TN, before finally returning home to Grand Rapids.
Now, I call Jenison home, where I’m kept busy by my two greatest joys—my son, Cooper (10), and my daughter, Charlie (7). When I’m not chasing after them at practices or games, you can find me with a camera in hand, capturing moments that matter.
I’ve been lucky enough to call myself a professional photographer for over 10 years, and in that time, I’ve worked with hundreds of incredible clients. One of my favorite parts of the job is building relationships with the people I work with. Whether it’s a family portrait or an intimate boudoir session, I truly love being part of your story.
While I primarily shoot in the Grand Rapids area, I’m more than happy to travel for a session. You might recognize some of the stunning locations in my portfolio—Grand Haven, Holland, Fennville, and beyond. I also partner with GR Studio Space for boudoir and studio sessions.
